Entries for the Mincon #TheDrillersChoice photo sunset/sunrise photo competition are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Mincon employees and family of Mincon employees are not eligible to enter the competition and win any prize.
- Eligible participants will receive one entry per photo submitted.
- Entries are limited to three per participant.
- Participants will grant Mincon non-exclusive usage rights to their photo for use in promotional purposes related to this competition.
- Photo submissions must be submitted on the Instagram and Facebook social networks, and tagged with the hashtag #TheDrillersChoice.
- Winners will be selected by a panel of judges, based on subjective evaluations of the photo entries.
- The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The final prize includes a selection of Mincon-branded apparel, no cash equivalent is available.
- Prize delivery costs will be covered by Mincon, but winners are responsible for any taxes or customs charges that may arise.
- We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions.
