In April 2021 Mincon North America opened the doors to its newest service centre for customers in the north east of the United States. Based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the new service centre will look after the needs of mining, quarrying, and construction customers from Maine down to Ohio and the Virginias.
The Harrisburg service centre will be headed up by an experienced sales and service team including branch manager Ron Verdelli and account manager Jim Crawford. With 9,600 square feet of warehouse space, the facility will have ample room to house advance stock for all products in Mincon’s comprehensive range of drilling solutions. Additionally, advanced tooling will be available on site for service and maintenance on drilling equipment.

This is the newest facility in Mincon’s growing network of regional service centres, which also includes locations in Elko, Nevada; Salt Lake City, Utah; Safford, Arizona; Statesville, North Carolina; and Vancouver, Canada. Dedicated regional service centres are part of Mincon’s commitment to supporting customers, and the location for each service centre considers factors such as proximity to customers as well access to regional distribution hubs and major highways.
