Integrated M-Wall Ring Bit System

Integrated M-Wall ring bit system is used to drill straight interlocked casings through boulders and rock layers even into inclined bedrock. M-Wall is a perfect solution to replace sheet piles and slurry walls in rocky ground conditions. The integrated design means that the casing shoe and the ring bit are permanently connected together. This makes drilling over water safe as there is no risk of accidentally dropping the ring bit into water.
This drilling system uses Spiral Flush, offering the ultimate in air control for safer drilling in complex ground or urban environments.

Use with M-Wall retaining walls
M-Wall ring bit system is a tool used to create M-Wall pipe-pile retaining walls. They can do duty as a load-bearing foundation, rather than just a wall that prevents ground masses from collapsing and they can also be made watertight and used with variety of interlocks. The benefit of integrated M-Wall system over solitary M-Wall system is that it is safe to operate over water, eliminating the risk of accidentaly dropping and loosing the ring bit.
