It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our company’s founder, Paddy Purcell, on Wednesday December 3, 2025.
Paddy Purcell was 39 years old in 1977, when he along with his wife Mary, founded Mincon.
Paddy and Mary built Mincon from the ground up through hard work, focus, and an unwavering belief in what a committed team can do together. The culture that exists across the Mincon Group today – one of dedication, resilience, and ambition – reflects the values they had when starting the business.
Paddy’s legacy is deeply woven into the fabric of the company and will continue to live on across the global world of the Mincon Group.
