Mincon Group is pleased to announce the expansion of its North American footprint with the acquisition of Spartan Drill Tools, a drill pipe manufacturer based in Fruita, Colorado. The acquisition was finalized on 1 January 2022.
Founded in 1980, Spartan focuses on manufacturing equipment for mining, quarrying and water well drilling. It provides drill pipe and accessories for blast hole, water well and RC drilling needs.
The addition of Spartan’s manufacturing facility and its team’s expertise increases Mincon’s manufacturing footprint and adds service capabilities for drill pipe and accessories to better support the growing customer base.
