M207 Drill Mast Attachment | Micropiles - Geothermal - Solar

The Rock Drill M207 uses 5 ft (2m) drill rods with the high torque JT200 Series drill heads for geothermal, micro piling and foundation applications. With setups for mud, air and geotechnical drilling the M207 is a powerful drill attachment for skid steers and excavators. A shorter mast version (4’ 7” stroke) is available for
low-headroom drill sites. Configurations are available for 18” OD boreholes with DTH hammers or augers.

  • Height 11′ 4″ (3,358 mm)
  • Mast Stroke 7′ 10″ (2,388 mm)
  • Max Pullback 22,000 lb (9,979 kg)
  • Weight (mast only) 2,420 lb (1,110 kg)

EFFICIENCY ENGINEERED

The JT200 Series Drill Head was first engineered and built in 1992 for high torque drilling applications. To reduce wear and breakdowns the JT200 drill head was built with a solid main shaft. This increased it’s durability and it has since stood up to some of the toughest drilling conditions in the world.

Exchangeable motors offer various torque / rpm combinations

Hardened internal components last longer in production drilling applications

  • Single drive shaft reduces wear and maintenance requirements.
  • Engineered simplicity increased power without increasing size.
  • Extended durability reduces the need for up to three competitor drill heads, reducing carbon emissions.

Options

The JT200 Series Rotation Heads have 2 set speeds with variable speed control in between.

The JT200-M Series Rotation Heads have 2 set speeds with variable speed control in between

The Gate Clamps come with a hydraulic breakout cylinder and two rod wrenches sized to your applications drill rods.

Double Breakout Clamps can be used with casings or drill rods for faster breaking of connections.
